At Pasta D’Angelo, we believe that pasta sheets should be more than just a vessel; they should play a supporting role, enhancing the overall taste and experience for our valued customers.

We take pride in our extruded pasta products, and here’s why they’re superior. Our specialized brass dies leave subtle imprints on the pasta, giving them a unique texture that enhances sauce adhesion. Every piece of machinery we use is tailored specifically for Italian pasta making. We reject the notion of generic, one-size-fits-all equipment. Instead, our machinery is custom-designed and meticulously crafted to produce the specific pasta products that define our brand.


Local Sourcing, Exceptional Quality

Our commitment to quality starts with sourcing fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. From the pristine waters of Nova Scotia for our Lobster and Crab products to the AAA-grade beef sourced from Alberta, we prioritize Canadian suppliers. Mushrooms, potatoes, herbs, and produce are sourced right here in beautiful British Columbia. The only exception is our tomatoes, which hail from Italy. While we cherish supporting local, our unique climate can’t replicate the sweetness found in Italian whole tomatoes, essential to our signature flavors.


Slow and Steady for Flavour Excellence

We don’t rush artistry. Our fillings are handcrafted in small batches by artisans with over three decades of experience. These fillings are a burst of flavor, thick, and delightfully chunky. We slow roast mushrooms and tomatoes to create a deep, rich flavour that permeates our stuffed products. Our commitment to quality extends to our pasta machinery, where our thick fillings are meticulously hand-fed. While we could opt for efficiency by blending and thinning the fillings, we refuse to compromise taste for profit. Our ravioli making equipment incorporates patented technology that applies consistent pressure on the pasta sheets, ensuring uniformity. Before packaging, each pasta product undergoes a rigorous hand inspection to meet our stringent quality standards.


The Finest Cheeses for Authenticity

At Pasta D’Angelo, we take our cheeses seriously. We use a variety of high-quality cheeses, including Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano, Asiago, Blue, Ricotta, Cheddar (Mild Yellow and Extra Old White), Parmesan, Mozzarella, Feta, and Mascarpone. While it might be tempting to substitute less expensive cheese alternatives, we stay true to our Italian heritage and recipes. We refuse to compromise on the authentic flavors that our customers expect, because excellence is at the heart of our vision.
